In 1991 Roy
D. Anthony began his school, Centerline Martial Arts,
teaching Wing Chun Kung Fu to all ages. In 1992 he co-published The Toronto Holistic Health Directory. In 2003 Roy founded his academy Centerline Martial Arts Systems, a dedicated centre for the study and proliferation of Martial Arts.
Roy D. Anthony has worked on movie sets as a Wing Chun consultant and fight choreographer including the 1997 film "The Big Hit" starring Mark Walberg in which he was instrumental in coaching and choreographing the wooden dummy and heavy bag sequence in its opening credits. Among other film credits Roy was the main fight choreographer and fight director for the movie "Leaving Town". Roy has coached also many students at CCKSF Canadian Chinese Kuo Shu (Martial Arts) Federation tournaments.
Over the years, Roy's school has received many honours including associate schools run by his senior students in Montreal, Toronto and Windsor and more recently, the association with a sister school in Vancouver. Currently Roy teaches traditional Wushu, Sayoc Kali Art of the Blade knife fighting, Martial Art Stage Fighting for film and television, and holds a variety of other classes at his studio including Boxercise, Women's self defense and Children's Wushu.
